Item must be fully enclosed in a sealed box, bag, or wrapping
Fragile items must be bubble-wrapped or padded
No loose or unsecured items — must be a single packaged unit
Clearly labelled with recipient name & destination suburb
Max dimensions: fits in a standard car boot (no roof racks)

Drivers may refuse items that are not properly packaged.
